How do I book a drone service as a farmer?
Download the Emission X app, create an account with your phone number, enter your farm details (location, size, crop type), and submit a booking request. A verified pilot in your area will accept the job and confirm the schedule.
How does the OTP login work?
Emission X uses phone-number based authentication. When you sign in, we send a one-time password (OTP) via SMS to your registered number. No password is ever created or stored.
What documents do pilots need to upload?
Pilots must upload a valid DGCA Remote Pilot Certificate (RPC) and a government-issued photo ID. All documents are reviewed before a pilot account is activated.
How are payments handled?
All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Emission X never stores your card or UPI details. Pilot payouts are processed after job completion.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Farmers can cancel at no charge before a pilot accepts the job. Cancellations after acceptance may incur a fee as shown in the app. Pilots who cancel accepted jobs without reason risk account suspension.
What if I have a dispute after a job?
Use the in-app dispute mechanism within 7 days of the job date. Our team reviews all disputes and responds within 48 hours. For payment disputes, email support@emissionx.in with your booking ID.
Is my location data safe?
Location is only collected during active sessions and is never shared with third parties. Farm coordinates are shared only with the specific pilot assigned to your booking.
Which states / regions does Emission X operate in?
We are currently expanding across India. Pilot availability depends on your region. Enter your location in the app to see pilots near you.
